At Sound Flight, we offer comprehensive Part 61 flight training from Private Pilot through Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), with flexible programs designed for both aspiring hobbyists and professional pilots. Our training fleet includes well-maintained Cessna 172s, a Cessna 150, and a Piper PA-28 Cherokee—providing a mix of aircraft that are ideal for both VFR and IFR operations. Most of our aircraft are IFR-capable, giving students real-world experience with cross-country flying, instrument approaches, and systems management.

By working with independent CFIs, utilizing shared space at Auburn Municipal Airport, and keeping staffing levels at a minimum, we keep overhead low—allowing instructors to earn more while passing on cost savings to students.
